Sports and real estate share many of the same qualities: a competitive edge, discipline, resilience, and an unwavering work ethic. Rodger’s career in polo took him across the U.S. and abroad, riding, training, and playing alongside some of the sport’s greats—many now honored in the Polo Hall of Fame.
From Palm Beach Polo in Florida and Retama in Texas to Brandywine (PA), Myopia (MA), Eldorado (CA), Cowdray Park in England, and Aiken (SC), Rodger competed at some of the sport’s most iconic venues.
In 2006, he transitioned to real estate, another high-stakes, fast-paced field where competition is fierce. Under the mentorship of legendary broker Otis Mead, whose vision helped shape Lexington and Rockbridge into highly desirable destinations, Rodger gained invaluable experience. The skills honed on the polo field and in the real estate market continue to define his approach today.
